Sales of homes in the Headwaters area of Caledon, Erin, Dufferin and Orangeville continue to rise as the springtime market is in full swing.
However, the market has changed slightly, with more listings on the market giving buyers more selection. In Orangeville alone, there were only 35 listings available at the beginning of March. As of May 5th, there are currently 71 listings on the market, condo’s included. This gives much relief to eager buyers.
