Spring has sprung! And so have real estate prices in the Headwaters region of Orangeville, Dufferin, Caledon and Erin! The demand of homes in our area has reached an all-time high it seems, with the majority of the buyers coming from the GTA area…and bringing their aggressive market attitude with them.
In looking at average sale prices from March of 2016, and March of this year, here are the shocking stats: Orangeville average sale price $596,387 up 36% from last March. Dufferin average sale price $643,707 up 29%. Caledon $930,138 up 33%. Erin $892,933 up 31%.
