Dave Grime Sales Representative A true people person, Dave takes pleasure in meeting new buyers and sellers, as well as assisting his numerous past clients. He takes time to listen to his clients to identify and help them reach their real estate goals. Being a proud lifelong resident of Orangeville, Dave has seen the town grow giving him vast market knowledge of the Headwaters area and his experience assists him in helping his clients with important real estate decisions. Dave has been a member of the Grime Team since 2004. He brings to the team a great work ethic, sincerity, honesty, and combines these attributes with a positive attitude to accomplish his client's goals and will follow through until the job is done. Dave's enthusiasm for real estate is equaled by his enthusiasm for sports, family, and the outdoors. He earned his B.A. from Wilfred Laurier University in English and Business Administration. Prior to entering the Real Estate field, he spent six years in Landscape Construction where his job ranged from landscape design, sales, meeting new clients, and site supervisor. Dave is married to his wife Melanie, and they have 2 growing boys, Ben, and Sam. Dave is very proud of the Grime Team's many awards and achievements, including being in the Top 1% of Royal LePage Canada, earning the Grime Team the highly distinguished National Chairman's Club Award. Margorie Grime Broker Margorie started her career as a High School Math teacher, however found the lure of Real Estate too appealing and has been selling homes for 40+ years. She was recently inducted into the Royal LePage Hall of Fame. Cathy Szabolcs Sales Representative Cathy's approachable demeanor, patience and intuitive people skills have enabled her to build long-lasting relationships with her clients. She attributes much of her success in Real Estate to being able to understand and anticipate her client's needs. She walks her clients through the process step-by-step to make the experience stress-free and positive. Whether you are a first-time home buyer or downsizing, Cathy will ensure you receive the best possible service, making her a highly regarded member of our Team since 2010. Cathy earned an honors degree from McMaster University in Physical Education and her Bachelor of Education from Brock University. She spent 25 years as a Teacher in the Dufferin Area. In 2008 Cathy obtained her Staging Credentials and left the Teaching Profession to Open a Home Staging Company in Orangeville. Cathy's passion for beautiful homes made the transition from Design and Staging to obtaining her Real Estate License (2010), seamless. Cathy and her husband Peter have resided in the Orangeville area for 35 years raising three children. Both Peter and Cathy have volunteered through all their Children's sports affiliations, such as Hockey, Lacrosse and Dance giving Cathy a great network of connections through this. Cathy enjoys time with family and friends and has a love for hiking and golf. |

Bill Marlatt Sales Representative Bill is a value member of The Grime Team and has been licenced since 2017. Bill is known for his exceptional customer service and strong work ethic. Prior to Real Estate Bill spent 16 years in business management where he held various management positions in the Audit and Accounting departments. Bill's business experience coupled with his analytical skills have given him a real edge, with regards to negotiating and understanding client's affordability and financial needs. His previous work life has allowed him to meet different people, understand different cultures and understand the value of a client.
